1. In charge of the overall planning, implementation and quality control of sizeable composite developments.
2. Co-ordinate project activities and requirements with consultants etc. with a view to achieve deliverables in the most cost-effective manner.
3. Ensure the completion of projects within the time frame and required standards set by management.

| 任职资格： |
1. At least 10 years of experience in handling sizeable property development projects with property developers or consultant firms and liaison with Government Authorities.
2. Knowledge of property development with hands on experience is essential.
3. Must have uncompromising integrity with good supervisory skills to coordinate the work and communicate with all personnel, project consultants and contractors.
