| 工作职责： |
1、Identify cost/productivity improvement opportunities in Logistics spending across a wide array of leading companies.
2、Lead sourcing projects, including all key steps such as strategy development, supplier negotiation, award recommendations, business case presentations and supplier contract execution.
3、Manage a team of associates that support and manage Logistics Sourcing and Category Management activities.
4、Pursue and develop senior level stakeholder relationships at priority accounts; support account stakeholder relationship plans.
5、Promote corporate objectives and change initiatives, ensuring that the Logistics sourcing team is supporting overall company direction and growth.
6、Mentor Logistics project sourcing associates on stakeholder and project management, with a special emphasis on collaboration, customer focus, delivery excellence, continuous improvement, negotiations and contracting.
7、Represent the Sourcing & Category Management team as a category expert to current and prospective customers.

| 任职资格： |
1、A degree in a quantitative discipline(business/engineering/logistics) from a top tier university.
2、6-9 + years related working experiences, deep knowledge of sourcing and/or category management process within Fortune 500 organizations.
3、Experience with operating in an international business environment including working jointly with colleagues in the USA and Europe region to collaborate on strategy development and project management.
4、Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a range of Logistics suppliers, such as Over-the-Road (including Truckload and LTL), Air and Ocean, Freight Forwarding and 3rd Party Warehousing & Express Parcel.
5、Excellent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills
6、Proven ability to manage a team including resource planning, coaching/mentoring, process optimization and goal setting.
7、Solid multi-phase project management skills.
8、Strong ability to effectively manage in a matrix organizational structure working with multiple internal clients.
9、Ability to adapt to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers.
10、Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders or customers that have resulted in high customer satisfaction. |
