1. Be responsible for leading the project team and making project such projects as public building, shopping mall, education or school, railway station to meet the client requirement in terms of project quality and cost.
2. Be responsible for project presentation and client management

| 任职资格： |
1. Bachelor degree and above in Architect, having at least 15 years design experience in relevant fields, multinational design firm working experience is preferred.
2. Have strong experience in concept design.
3. Having professional registration and qualifications.
4. Expert in leading large-scale projects, design experience in such projects as public building, shopping mall, education or school, railway station will be preferred.
5. Mature Personality with people management skills and teamwork spirit.
6. Have excellent presentation and communications skills.
7. Significant experience of winning work and liaising with clients at a senior level.
